Tinkerbear lived an adventure! He taught people big dogs are not scary and mean (no he does not eat children and small dogs are not a treat). He lived life with a super stride, a beautiful smile, a loud snort, and lots of slobber. His presence would lighten up any room and most hearts. He left this world on his own terms and slammed a door shut hours later (there was no wind).
But most importantly, he was 150lbs of pure love, laughter, kindness, sweetness and so much joy. For those who experienced a Tinkerbear hug, kiss, crazy tail wag, a paw (aka a smackdown), or a “lean”, you know how special he was. My world is a lot greyer without you my love. FU cancer you ripped my heart out.
